Malibu Response TXI vs Ski Nautique 200

Currently we own a 2013 Malibu TXI that we are considering selling and moving into a 2024 or 25 Malibu TXI or 2024 Nautique 200. We have owned 6 Malibu ski boats over the years beginning with a 1988 skier to the present 2013 TXI. We really like our current boat. Its loaded with features including the power wedge that you can no longer get and has been very reliable. Currently has 575 hours.
My question is how does the new TXI compare to the new 200 Nautique? I have never owned or even been in a Nautique boat. Several MCs and Malibu's over the years.
I am sure they are great boats, just trying to get an idea of how to compare.

I was in a Malibu once for a (pro) tournament - 10+ yrs ago. It was a bit of gruff barge imo. The club had a concrete stone in the open bow. The wake looked OK. That club went to a Ski 200 after that boat.

Nautiques have a certain way or spec in how they plane, handle, power up and generally work on the water. Kind of a performance guarantee. They typically have good visibility and ergonomics. Might not be as stylish or slick in terms of features I suppose.

Having said that I just chatted with a skier that had a complaint about the 15-28off wakes 200 vs Mastercraft. Have to say the wakes on the MC look super flat. This skier had dual batteries, subw, multiple amps. The 200 has lifting pads molded in, lots of surface area - if skiing in that terrain I would chuck out things for sure, and go with an Li battery.

I own both a Nautique 200 and the new generation ProStar. I've only skied behind the TXI in tournaments. Can't really give you a good answer without knowing more about how you use the boat.

In my experience the Nautique 200 2024 is a good choice. What is your budget?

TXi is a great boat. Used in many tournaments. Can't go wrong with it.
