It's February, everyone is killing time. Let's get the boat care holy wars rolling..... What product do you use for your "daily" after lake exterior wipe down?

For those using Hot Sauce, have you used another product like Babes and prefer the HS? We always bathed in Babes at the boat ramp, and with regular wipe downs the boat always looked and felt freshly polished. I like the idea of HS to help with the water spotting, but curious if its polish effect is on par with Babes.

Depends on what the goal is. If boating in hard water where water spots are an issue I'm with MN Ryan and go to KISS with distilled water and vinegar. Cheap, quick and it works. In general I use Quick Detailer. It's automotive but it absolutely works and if you hit your boat as soon as it gets out of the water it'll loosen up the grim while restoring the wax finish on the boat. I try not to overthink this stuff and focus on what works without spending crazy money on snake oil.
Then again.... you do you and spend whatever on whatever.....

+1 for a quick detailer product when you haulout like bturner says. Spray and wipe keeps you looking sharp when driving down the road. I bounce between Griots and Mequiars.2004 206 Air Nautique Limited - Black with Vapor Blue (family style)
1997 Masters Edition Nautique - Zephyr Green - gone (amazing ski wake)
1982 Mastercraft Powerslot - gone (a primitive but wonderful beast)
