If they changed the rotation on the 07 it isn't the 1234. I put a 1234 on my 06. If you are adding weight I'd recomend the equivelant to 1234. It pulls like a tug boat.
All Vdrives except for the 226 in the 2007 Model Year will have a left hand rotation. All direct drives are still right handed and will remain that way.
Do you know why the 226 is the exception? Could it be that they plan on discontinuing that model? Or maybe they have a few R-hand drives on the shelf and that would match the 226's production numbers perfectly - haha.
Yes, I followed that thread as it was going.
We are now in the process of upgrading our 05 211 to a 07 211 and thought I could prop it well right off the bat.
Jim, at Acme said CC has tested a few different props.
We'll have the EX-330, and my son primarily ski's at 34. No barefooters, a 40 mph top end is sufficient.
I haven't heard or seen anyone with a 07 211 TEAM EX-330, so I don't know what prop the factory is putting on. If it's something like the 644 I'd like to see about swapping it right at the factory.
On the 07 the rotation is opposite so all props will end with an odd number. I would either recommend the 1161 or the 1235. If you like to cruise without much ballast and don't like the motor revving too high I would recommend the 1161. If you run the boat with a load and like strong holeshots (or have a short entrance to a ski course) I would recommend the 1235. Or both, run one as a primary and the other as a secondary.
