    boat show in Atlanta

went to the boat show in Atlanta last weekend - this year was the best year ever. yes I admit I went to the Malibu area to look at the newly redesigned response lxi. I was glad I did, Drew Ross and Ron Scarpa were there. I got to talk to both for quite some time!!! Also dropped in the Master Craft area to see Zane Schwenk for you Wake Board fans.....

Nautique needs a few athletes at there area. All they had were salesmen. Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

And, yes there were alot more people at the Malibu area than at the Nautique area....... wonder why?

but I still love my ski 196! Is it time to ski yet?

    RE: boat show in Atlanta

I didn't go to the show this year, as it started to seem like the same old disappointment each time I went....tons of bass boats and pontoons, but not much of anything else. In the past years, Malibu seemed to have the best area and usually had a couple of tricked out wakeboats in terms of accessories and stereo. Nautique always seemed to have a fairly boring area, but at least last year they had a nice 211 I believe that had a nice stereo and accessories (probably due to the dealership going to Cobalt from Watersports Central). Anyway, glad it sounded a little better this year, but I agree that Nautique needs to get some professional skiers, wakeboarders, etc. in there to draw some folks in.
