And I was curious if this guy made this piece himself or is it available for sale somewhere?

His name is Grant, and yes, he made it himself. I believe that he purchased the tracks to insert the plexi into from a Malibu dealer in California. The Nautique symbol is just a sticker that is made to look like it was etched into the plexi. He goes by the name of "Bling-It" on Wakeworld and he frequents here as well...I think his ID here is Grant West.
