I need opinions quickly!

I need to have the v-drive pulled on my 03 SANTE to reinstall the fresh water intake valve for the engine correctly. I live in North Alabama and need to hear your views on service departments in AL. I know there is Ryan Creek Marina and Blue Creek that are CC dealers. Anyone have any opinions on which is better? I zero confidence right now and I'm in a bind.

I'm not gonna get into details why I need this done, but the work has to be top quaility and the customer service has to be 5 stars. If you have any other recommendations for service departments I'm open to suggestions. This needs to be somewhat local though. Within a few hours drive from Huntsvill, AL.

In Atlanta, we have the sister store to Blue Creek Marine, i.e. owned by the same parent compeny. IF they are anything like the store in Georgia, they will take care of you superbly. They have been servicing my boat for several years, and I have never had any complaints. From quality, cleanliness, and capable mechanics they have been a pleasure.

Thanks Pratt, I talked with the guys at Blue Creek and so far feel good. I going to let their work and service speak for itself and will hopefully be satisfied. We'll see in the next few weeks.

Thanks Scotty, but in the years I've dealt with them so far I have not been very impressed. Last weekend was the final straw. That's why I'm looking for other options. Chris seems to be a good guy the times I've dealt with him, but so far my service was lacking.

blue creek has always had good customer service imo, but their used boat inspections are non existant.......
i bought mine from them when they were the SKI CLUB and the engine was out of line, but they did a GREAT job of helping get new parts.......

I would rather not give any details about the problems. I'm not here to slander or rant about certain people. I just need to get my boat repaired and back on the water.

Basically CC did a great job repairing the boat for what it was there for, which was cracks in the gelcoat on the stringers near the v-drive, but when it came to final inspection an QC they dropped the ball. Then when it arrived back at the dealer they didn't make any indication of a problem. I found obvious QC issues and overall cleanliness issues that should have been delt with before it left the factory and definately before I came to pick the boat up.

Again like I have said before, I had great customer sevice during my boats stay at CC and they are doing the right thing by making good on their faults. If anything this will help CC see where their shortcomings are and they will turn uot even better boats in the future.
