I have my snaps under the rub rail. I leave my cover on all the time as I dock the boat in the summer. My cover has shrunk to the point that I had to re-locate the snaps.

I am getting my tower put on my 80SN this week and am looking for a new cover solution.

      Snap or Rope/strap?

I want something that will trailer well.

Do the Rankin covers trailer well?

      Thanks!!

Go for the Rankin cover, no problems trailing the boat at 65 mph with the over not moving at all!

No snaps for me! I have had two full side and a standard mooring cover. All trailered well, none had snaps.

From what I hear, the Rankins trailer beautifully.

Unfortunately, Rankin does not have a pattern for any CC's prior to 1989. If anyone is local to them (Snohomish, WA- near Seattle) I believe they would be willing to create new templates for us.

Please contact me if there is anyone who would be willing to have their boat used to make a template: TRBenj@gmail.com
