Flight Clip Clamps

Does anyone know where I can purchase a pair of the clamps for the fligh clips and do not bolt through the tower. I got a smoking deal on a pair ($50, yeah $50 for a pair of flight clips) but they didnt come with the clamps. I called my dealer but I know its going to be extremely expensive.

Call midwest CC. They have the mounts that wrap around the oval tubes.
