    Custom Booster Seat - Pics

I have a 211 with the optional booster seat, but I am not a fan of it...I guess my butt is too big for the thin seat.

So I decided to use my contacts in Asia to make a booster seat in the Nautique color scheme, as well as with some of the new logos I drew.

I have thought about selling these to public, if there is a request. Obviously I would have to take off the Nautique logos, since it is trademarked.

The details of the cushion are:

    14.25" x 15.75" x 5"
3" of Memory soft cushion foam, and 2" of HD foam.
Material is a High grade Microfiber with a UV coating

Here are the pics. It is not perfect, as I wanted the black line to be actual piping, but for the first sample, not to bad...

RE: Custom Booster Seat - Pics

Cool - nice job. You could probably sell a few of those on here!

That looks fantastic!! Since my driver seat is old school w/out the built-in booster I have a white type IV pfd that happens to fit nicely and gives about a 5" seat boost for shorter drivers. It would be cool to customize it similar to what you've done with yours!!

      Nice work!

Looks good...maybe too many logos though, might be a bit more classy if you had only one logo, a little smaller, in one of the corners, just my $.02.

yeah, nice booster, but like BBC3 said, a bit too many logos. I think it would look nice w/o any logos at all. IMHO

Good point...Agreed that there are too many logos...It was the first attempt, so I wanted to see which ones look good...

How about just "Nautique" or "Correct Craft" or "Planetnautique". Either way or anyway they're a great idea and look good. At (an optimistic) 5'3", I was genetically selected to be your first customer if you decide to produce/sell them.

Can you clarify where this goes? You say booster seat is too thin for you. I think of the booster seat as the piece that goes in the walkthrough to the bow. jhiestand talks about his drivers seat booster (thought that was a bolster). Is this something replacing the flip up drivers seat? :?:

This replaces the flip up drivers seat.. Most of use just use those square Coast Guard throw cushions...This was just something to replace those...

My boat pre-dates the flip-up drivers seat so short drivers have to use a cushion(booster) to see over the dash.

Bolsters would be the sides of the seat that would keep you from sliding from side to side. At least in cars they're usually on either side of the bottom cushion so not exactly sure what portion of a boat seat they are.
