    Wakesurfing - 2007 pics

It has probably been done before, but I thought I would start a new post showing everyone's latest/newest Wakesurfing shots.

Here's a few from our season behind the 210.....It's probably a little early in your season just yet, but if you get any shots throw them up if you get a chance. Cheers

    Charlie.....

Clue us in a little DALTON, what speed are you running and how are you weighted? My wake doesn't look that big and the B&W pic the guy looks really far back in the wake and still surfing.

        Great pics

Hey all, thanks for the feedback. Just to answer the questions raised.

            The boat's an 05-210

            The set-up is

            Starboard rear tank full
Fly-hi Wedge Sac on top of the tank (290lbs)
            Belly tank full
350lbs of Lead in the nose
6 people on starboard side - (2 on sundeck, 2 behind the driver, 1 off the tower + driver)
            9.7 - 10 mph
            20+ft deep
            Fresh Water

Definately no photo-shopping guys. The one of the rider a fair way back was taken by me sitting on top of the tower. I reckon he was 10-15ft back but the angle might make it a little deceptive.

            Cheers.....

i have a 07' 211, and can no where get a wake like the above pics, but am still experimenting with weight. weight up front seems to help a lot. you all figure the 211 hull could produce the same profile with additional weight?

these were taken last year off my 04' 211 with just the port side stern tank filled and some people over there. i pulled out of both of those and stayed with the wake. you can see it in this video

9.5mph seems to be the best speed. i'll load the front with fat bricks and see. thanks

Anyone have some pics of surf wakes behind a regular DD Air Nautique? Like to see some get an idea what I can do with my 98 Air. Bout to get some ballast and love to make it a bit more surfable, really want to get more into surfing this season.

Also if you have any recommendations for a pretty good wakesurf board let me know. Not sure what would work well on my smaller wakes.
