I know this is an old discussion, but I thought I'd add my 2 cents...

I took the tour of the factory twice. Once in 93 and again in 98 (On my honeymoon). On one of the tours someone else asked Jeff how many boats CC makes each year and he very politely told us CC does not disclose that information.

I'm not saying the production numbers don't leak out, but I think you'd be hard pressed to get a direct answer from CC or a dealer.

Does anyone know if they started the tours again? If they are doing tours again, and you're in Orlando and have the chance to visit CC, I'd recommed it. I found the tour to be very interesting.

    Thanks for listening.

1500 boats/ year is about 1/3 what MC and Malibu each sell. Few boats in a good market means sold out....(they actually cost less than comp equipped MCs in certain markets.....)

The most recent numbers I've heard (and these are NOT factual) were about 1,600 for Nautiques and a little over 3,000 for each of Malibu and MasterCraft.
