How does perfect pass work, on my 03 SANTE?

I was told to operate the perfect pass all I do is use the down up arrows to determine the speed I want then press ON/OFF button.. well the speed didn't kick in, it just stayed at what ever the throttle was left at (which happened to be 2 miles an hour faster than the speed I wanted it at)

Yes, the digital display on my perfect pass works and everything.

I'm just not sure if there is a trick that I need to do to get it to work...

What chip/version do you have. You want to press the on off switch while the boat is in neutral. It should then say " in neutral?" and you use the up or down arrow to sat yes or no. It should be on and when you advance the throttle you will hear it beap as PP comes on. To adjust the speed while it is controlling use the up and down arrows. Look here or on the PP site to get a PDF copy of the manual.

No, I was not in neutral, I will try it tomorrow... to see if I can get it running... Thanks for the info!!!

If that works i'll feel like a dummy, by the way jeff I was really wanting to buy your old 03 but you sold it before I was able to sale mine...

I bet that was your issue. Should work fine as long as you're in neutral when you turn the system on.

Yeah, my 210 is a killer boat. The guy that bought it seems pretty happy with it.
