Very nice looking trailer but the prop rollers look awfully low. All the tandems I have ever owned have dragged on just about everything. Putting the rollers (looks like almost 2" from the pics) below the already low height seems like you would be riding on the wheels most of the time.
I also wondered why they didn't weld in some supports for the wheels and put them on the bottom of the diagonals to get more clearance and still do the job.
While the prop guard rollers are different from what I had seen on other tandems, the prop guard itself is higher on this trailer compared to the others I have seen. While I have not trailered with the boat yet (still waiting for delivery), I have backed up a fairly steep driveway and did not touch. Next time out, I'll measure the height and get back to ya'll.
I'm not a real big fan of Prestige... I have the same problem with protection guards on the boat being too low. I drag my trailer everytime i pull it out of the drive way. I did not have any of that problems with any of the other boat trailers I had. Plus, I am having trouble with my "bearing buddie" system on that trailer. Each time I add greese, the "nipple" pulls out of the hub. Not real good! I haven't even had the boat for 1 full year yet.
I would buy another if I had the money and could sell this one.
They are not out of buissness. I just left the website and found this posted, I called them and asked them if they were going out of buissness and was told no they are not.

OK then Fat***...calling them and "asking" is one thing. I am a Eagle Trailer Dealer..and CANNOT ORDER ANY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. It never ceases to amaze me how all of you owners think you are all knowing about everything. Remember, there are folks that dop this sheet for a living..and know a heluvalot more than you.
My, My, we are a little testy today. If you really do this for a living I am sure you don't have much buissness if you treat your clients like this. And on a personel note. EAT **** AND DIE *****.
Now, now, children. Please don't make me start acting like a moderator.
I own and operate Silver Cove Marine, which is an inboard boat restoration, service, and sales facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina. We specializes in Nautiques and Correct Crafts, and also provide general service for Nautiques fifteen years old and older.

Hey Wakeslave, what's up with the attitude. You are either just trying to pick a fight or are truly fed up with John Q. Public. If its the latter, I recommend a career change. If you think you are sick of dealing with a bunch of "know-it-alls", try walking a mile in my moccassins and deal with attorneys all day.

Only one nice/important thing mentioned there was "heluvalot." I learn something new every day here!

I would wager to say that they are not going out of buisness, more likely they just don't want him representing them. I know I would not want my product in the store of someone with that attitude.
Nice Wakeslave, you just made a lot of friends. BTW, the OWNERS are required to keep YOU in business. Won't you please tell us where your business is, so that I can avoid it.
