Shortly after I got my 211, I noticed that it did not have the walk-thru sunbrella air-dam curtain. I called my dealership and they called Correct Craft. They were told that it was a mistake and would be shipped soon. Weeks went by and no air-dam curtain. I called my dealer back and they said that if I contacted CC that it would problly help things move along cause CC would want to respond to a customer quickly. So on Easter Sunday I sent an e-mail to CC from the CC website and copied my dealership, asking about the cover. They did not respond so yesterday I called CC and was referred to Southeast CC. I called and talked to Art who was very helpful. He said he would follow up and get back with me. Well, he just called and said he had called CC this morning and finally talked to Jeff Warner, Jeff said they had taken care of it and one was on the way to my dealer to be installed. They were responding to the e-mail I had sent a week earlier. If they had replied to my e-mail I would not have called but I had gotten no response.
The point here is, I was told that the walk-thru air-dam curtain was not supposed to be standard equipment, it was supposed to be an option. However since it was in the brochure as standard they would send one to anyone who wanted it. So this is a heads up to all you SV-211 owners.
By the way, I am extremely grateful to my dealer, White Lake Marine for all the help they gave me on this issue. I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea from me that I had any problem getting this resolved, cause I didn't. The only thing that could have been done better would have been a response from CC on my e-mail.
