I'm not looking to offend or start an argument, but I think the price is just naturally starting to come down a bit given the number of available newer boats. If I'm not mistaken, someone got a good deal on a 202 SAN for around $27,000 on here not to long ago. Link below:

I don't question that your boat will be a good deal, but just suggesting that SAN's under the $30K mark are not as hard to come buy as they once were.
