I am looking at getting a SAN (or something similar - down to a 94 SSN). But I have a few questions.
1) What is the minimal water depth you can run these hulls? On plane? Off Plane? Out of the hole?
2) What is the max height of the tower (folded down) from the water?
The reason these questions have come up is because my buddy brought his Centurion Avalanche up to our lake house and we had to find deeper water to ride. His prop was only a few inches from the bottom when he was in front of our dock. And one of our riding spots is hidden by a little bridge that you have to go under. When we folded his tower (& added weight) we still had to rock the boat side to side under each beam of the bridge so the tower would fit under. It was quite the site.
Anyway, I never really thought of any of this until it happened (My Supra DD runs shallow). So if anybody has any input that would be great. Am I going to have the same issues, or should I look into an Air Nautique or 216?????
