    07 Sv 211 Te

anyone have opinions on this boat? what could one expect to pay for a boat with this package, my local dealer has one but would not even acknowledge me after inspecting the boat in their showroom for 30 minutes, nor were they available the three times i called them yesterday. I am coming out of a 06 supra 21v and my main reason for this boat is it's crossover abilities (mainly slalom) any input would be appreciated!

i dont know about the price, but yeah, gotta love dealers that won't even acknowledge someone looking at a boat unless you've got cash basically falling out of your pocket.

Doesn't sound like the dealers I've ever dealt with, but I guess there are exceptions.

On to your question............... It's been said here before by someone else and I'll agree. The 211 does everything well but nothing excellent. That said I have extra weight and feel the Wake surfing and wakeboarding wake are exceptional. The ski wake is not all that great. A half full gas tank and moving people to the front helps but notmuch.

If you are more interested in a ski wake thatn a wakeboard wake, I'd look at the Air Nautique. I looked into that boat before I purchased my 211. Sort of that opposite. IMO the ski wake is much better (I came from a 216) but the wakeboard wake will need ALOT of weight to get it good.

Can't help on the price. I purchased mine over a yer ago. Hope this helps.

The slalom wake is bigger and harder than a dedicated ski boat. You have to expect that though, it's a V-drive, and it weighs 3500#. My ski wake is acceptable at 30, pretty decent at 32, and you could almost call it soft at 34. The wakeboard wake is not pro level, but for a intermediate rider like myself it's great. The surf wake is excellent with a 440# sack in the transom walkthough area in addition to the stock ballast, even with just the driver. Load it up with a couple extra people, and it's one of the best I've ever been on.

What level are you at? Are you looking for something to pull you through a course or just a recreational ski boat?
