Help! Perfect pass settings for 07 210?

Can anyone please share some good settings for the digital pro perfect pass on the 07 210? I ride on a pretty small lake and need to make fairly sharp 180 degree turns. As delivered to me (setup by dealer, not factory), it tends to go way overspeed after making the tight turns.

So much thanks, your help should let me do more wakeboarding and less fussing around next time I'm on the lake!

My 210 is at the dealer getting serviced. I am picking it up tomorrow so I will let you know where my settings are. You should have a manual on the perfect pass. It tells you how to trouble shoot if you have problems.

Check page 2 in you perfect pass manual. I would do slight adjustments to the KDW (throttle pull rate). Factory setting is about 80. Normal range is anywhere from 80-200. Also, how much weight are you running in your boat? I run an extra few hundred lbs. in lead. All the boats with p.p. seem to speed up some in tight turns so I'm not sure if you'll ever get it where you want it. If you rider isn't very stable, tell them to ride on the inside of the boat during the turn and have the driver slow the boat down coming out of the turn so the rider doesn't get that slingshot effect when crossing the rollers as the boat straightens out. You can always slow down with the throttle and when you speed back up the p.p. will take over again.

Thanks for the help. Right now we're using factory ballast plus one 500 lb fat sack. Will probably work up to factory ballast plus about 1500 lbs as we get used to it.

Got our boat back and rode this evening. The kdw is set at 80 and th NN (pw) is set at 100. I did a couple of sharp turns this evening and didn't notice much differnce in the boat speed at all. Hope this helps, let me know. Also I've messed around with a bunch of different weight combinations and found that adding a lot more weight really doesn't help the pop you get off the wake. Also it seems that the wake flattens out if you weight it evenly with extra lead. I found that the best shape is when you weight the middle to rear of the boat, thus not putting any extra under the front seats. I also changed the prop to Acme #1465, alot better holeshot for when you are running extra weight.

Thanks for the info. Dropping the NN to 100 got everything just fine. It was really bad with NN set to 160 as delivered. I can't believe I waited so long to try the settings - I guess I just wanted to ride, not fuss with PP. BTW, My son just landed his first invert yesterday - back roll - 2 in a row!
