    switches vs. gauages...

the order of the ballast switches on my keypad goes (from left to right): belly, port, starboard. the order of my ballast gauges goes (from front to back): port, belly, starboard.

is there any rationale to the difference in order? i am contemplating switching it around so that switch location mirrors the gauge location because half of the time when when i want to empty the port side for starboard surfing i end up mashing the belly button because that switch mirrors the port gauge...

Move the gauges, they're a lot easier to get out and move (less wiring involved to connect/disconnect), my $. 02

that was my plan. the rubber under the keypad seems to be a one piece deal. i have pulled the gauges, and it shouldnt be too difficult to swap them. it will however, be unintuitive if i do it this way, just like the key pad is. oh well, it will be better than the way it is now (because my ADHD gets in my way!)
