2008 w/ 290H.P. 6.0L as a barefoot boat?

My first three 196's with the 6 liter ('03, '04, and '05) would all run right at 49 on the top end. (My '02 Excaliber would run right at 46). My last two 6 liters both would run a little over 51 with the Hydrogate up. By the way, I am told that by simply running the new '08 calibration into the ECM on my '07 I could bump it to the same horsepower as the '08's (390). Now here is a shameless plug, my '07 is still for sale, available now!
