I am curious if anyone knows where I can get or order a middle seat that extends the passenger seat towards the drivers seat for a 1995 Sport Nautique.

The jump seats for the gullwing seat do not show up very often on ebay. You can get one through Whitelake.
By gullwing I mean this style of passenger seat:
