I think the ideal situation would be ZO with a built in magnetic timing system. I mean, all the courses already have magnets anyway. That would give the backup you talked about without having to purchase a secondary timing system.

I'm sure that's coming if the AWSA keeps the backup timing requirement. I just figured it was integrated already. Like I said, I'm looking forward to getting ski behind the system some day. My local dealer just got a 236 with one, but they don't keep slalom boats on the floor. uh the zero off system uses satelites so why would you need a paddle wheel because you are in a river??
it reads your position/ speed no matter where you are with your boat
you will notice that the 196/206 boats are coming with 2 antenna for the zo for even greater accuracy.Comment
