To all; thanks for the stain tips. Helped my boat too. it sounds like WCCC is a class act...wish I could say the same forSECC. All they do is change dealers every 2 or 3 years.

What's the name of the dealership where your boat was damaged? Might as well let everyone know so that they can make up their own minds about whether or not to do business with them. Personally, I don't care to do business with people who don't take responsibility for their own or their employees' negligence.\"Helping you make smart choices about your money - so you can live a better life.\"

The Fantastic/Hydrogen Peroxide did not work on those yellow spots.
Has anyone ever used one of those vinyl repair guys touch up a spot on their vinyl?
As far as my dealer, I am in SoCal so WCCC will not work for me unfortunately. It looks like M20 Marine in San Diego will be my dealer from now on.
Thanks again for the help.

Spelling it "Absolut" would have cement the humor a bit.

well that went too far....
on a more serious note.. i was just trying to make a point of how I always see dealers (not just CC) screwing things up, but since they're so cought up in their quality-goggles, they CAN be the most arrogent ever when it comes to addmitting they COULD HAVE made a mistake... its that "we-dont-make-mistakes" and "we-dont-mess-things-up" attitude that kills me... they're people too...
when both the customer and dealer admits they both COULD HAVE made a mistake, and no one is really positive... the customer is always right, otherwise it could cost the dealer the customer--something much more than the specific issue....I Nautique, therefore I am.

Thanks for the clarification!
I was truly trying not to burn any bridges with my dealer, and I was trying to be reasonable regarding the issue at hand.
As it stands, I have a new boat and am looking forward to starting a new relationship with M20 Marine. Unfortunately this means that my dealer will be about a 3 hour drive from my house. (Instead of the 1 - 1.5 hour drive before)
The part that really gets me is that every time I walk through the dealership's doors I tend to spend 500 bucks on this or that.
Now I guess I'll have to drive 3 hours to part with my money... :???:
Still gonna Live It...

lol.... good to know you've got everything situated... just dont let yourself get misled or sucked into (like i did) the dealers opinions and service department.... they're people too, people screw up... bottom line: dont let them take advantage, like other dealers have done
sometimes i just wish CC made a crap boat so we could just go buy a MC in peace... lolI Nautique, therefore I am.
