I think grant got the mounts for the pexiglass from a malibu dealer.

That is correct regarding the tracks that the windblock sides into. Here is the page from Grant's website that shows how the windblock was made:

This is what I did for the walk through. I like it better than plexiglass because you can use it for an extra cushion.

Sorry, but from the pictures that you provided, I can't see how your filler cushion works....just looks like a rectangular cushion. How does it mount in the walkthru? And what's up with choosing black....definitely not good in the sun, ouch!

I had one made of sunbrella for my old 205. Ran about $75 from a local upholstery shop and snaped into place when in use and folded up small enough to stow easily when not in use.

Ahhhh The walk threw plexy glass window. Yes that thing works great.

The tracks were from a malibu they cost around $40 from the Malibu dealer
The plastic was from Tap Plastic's it was around $50, I think with the bend they put in it it cost $70

If you have any more questions just "holla back" LOL

I just read you have a SV 211 did yours come with the Sunbrella snap in wind block

My AIR has very little storage space and the sunbrella snap in makes more sence. But if you have the 211 storage is less of a issue for you. Either way you will be happy with out the cold air rushing threw that big old gap come winter time.

                      2 things to think of..........

1 I have the snap in sunbrella block in the walkthrough. It works great and is nice because I can unsnap the bottom 2 snaps and push stuff under the center bow cushion.

2 I had a snap on bow cover made (had one on my old CC). I works better than a walkthrough becasue you can stuff alot more under there, including kids. They love laying under the cover with the heater hose in the fall and early spring.

                        Grant,

I just remembered seeing yours on here a few years ago and thought it looked better than the snap in one. Maybe add it to the winter projects you know.

                        Thanks
