I love my Sport Nautique with the exception that it pulls to the left in reverse away from your skier/boarder. Why would the do this. It would seem much safer to pull towards your rider on the side where you can see them. Any thoughts?
I have always been told the rotation is to offset the drivers weight. I prefer it now, I would rather dock on the left side, and its not to hard to swing the platform towards the rider safely with some practice.

Are you serious? How could you come to the conclusion that pulling the back of the boat and a spinning prop toward toward the rider is safer? That makes absolutely no sense. BKH
