    Air/Water Temp Gauge

I've got a blank in one of my 2.5" gauge openings, which I assume is where the optional air/water temp gauge would go. Anyone know what brand CC used? From pictures, it looks like it might be Hummingbird. If so, where can I pick one up. How extensive is installation.

I've got water temperature in Perfect Pass, so if there is much to it, I may pass. Any other suggestions as to a a useful gauge. I saw a fuel consumption gauge, but it was a bit pricey.

I may not really need this winter project, but sometimes it's nice to have one in reserve just in case.

    RE: Air/Water Temp Gauge

Mine is a Hummingbird. It looks very simple to install, it just needs power, ground, and running the thermistor to the transom, drill a hole, add a little caulk and mount the thermister. Shouldnt be to hard. I also have the Temp reading in my PP, but the Humingbird guage is much easier to read, especially with the new 6.5ng. I'm surprised how much I really like the air/water temp guage. I would say go for it!

Thanks. Any idea where I might pick one up? I've googled and googled some more with no results.

Try Whitelake, or South East CC, or even Bass Pro?
