NEW Boat information

I purchased my new boat in July 07. I just received my PCM warranty information. I call PCM to see why it took 3 months they said they received it in MID Oct. I have still not received anything from CC. Normally they sent a thank you letter and the dealer Survey. I guess CC isn't thanking their customers. Anyone else seeing the same thing.

I purchased in May of 07 and I received the thank you letter stuff from both Correct Craft and from PCM within a reasonable timeframe. Not sure what's going on... Maybe the paperwork was held up at the dealer for a while?

C-Money - Not sure either. I will say this. I have an excellent dealer, American Boating Center in Knoxville, TN. I know all them VERY well. They went completely out of their way to get me a boat in a week. I had to drive to WLM to get it, but worth all the travel. Their service department is outstanding. They lay towel on the carpet and vinyl so not to damage anything. Steve, Ryan and Suzie run a tight ship over there. I'm luck to have them as my dealers. So that all said, I don't think they held up the paperwork. Come to think of it I haven't even received my dash plate. Oh you have a great looking boat, colors are perfect.

You should be getting a PM from NautiqueJeff and a call from CC. I spoke with Ron at CC and he was very informitive. He actually called from his cell phone, I was impressed. I told him about your post. Hope you don't mind.

Don't worry Ron I won't post the number.

The only thing us trying to one up eachother will bring is divorce, if your married!!!!!!

As luck would have it, Jeff from SECC e-mailed some pics of his festive weekend he just had, sorry, can't share those. Yellow_Flash_Colorz: .

I asked him about the JD Powers survey, and he said that JD sends those out randomly, so there's no telling if or when we'll get one. No biggie!!!

Same thing with me... Bought a 211 in July 07 and havnt heard anything from CC... At the time, the dealer said something about a plaque but have not seen. Not to worry, I've been very happy overall..

Familyman - I have had several discussion with CC. They aren't doing the thank you thing any longer. As for the Dash plate, email their customer service (Dave) and let him know. I just got mine last week.
