    "I'm a Correct Craft"

    http://www.wakeboardreport.com/archi...deo_campa.html

Check out those videos. Pretty funny in my opinion but I wonder why there is no stab at Correct Craft. Maybe because they are too similar in too many ways (speaking in terms of the Corporations and tactics) to really have anything to point out without making fun of themselves in the process - price, positioning etc.

I have been trying to think of what a "Correct Craft" would be. First thing that came to mind was a preppy guy with a pastel sweater wrapped around his back, but I couldn't go any further with that - or other ways to make fun of myself

Check out the videos. Pretty awesome.

No I spoke with Zane today. They aren't scared to mess with CC - so is a CC one coming?

        Hmmmmmmm.
Actually I don't know and if he told me I wouldn't say.

But I personally think they are just too similar to insult each other without insulting themselves in the process. Though we enthusiasts sometimes can't see it - the companies themselves share a lot in common. They'd have to be very careful and it would probably neuter the comedic value in the process so I don't think we'll see one.

Or the CC guy could be wearing a Sea Ray T-Shirt. Don't get me wrong, I love CC. Just not crazy about the new look but it's slooowly growing on me.

I didn't really find them to be all that original nor funny. Personally I find it tacky when you have to resort to insulting your competitors as a sales pitch.

Then again, I've never really cared for what MC put out boat wise, and the X-1/205v is the only MC I'd even consider to be a great boat.

However I did almost spit coffee all over my laptop when they said that the MC X-star was a great hull. IMO a "great" hull does not need 3000 pounds of ballast to make a good wake, '03+ x-star does.

I'm not offended at all, I just think it's tacky and lame. Both videos contain many half truths.
                How about \"Chales\"?

Old? 32. Fat? I'd guess 160. He's kind of a little guy. A gymnast sort of build like most pro riders. 5'9 with 5% body fat or something.

Post a photo of yourself so we can see how the years have treated you If you were at events in 94 I'm guessing you're no spring chicken.

Old and fat - now that's me.

                        This is so true!!!

To be honest, I didn't find those commercials funny at all. And yes, bashing your competition is not the way to sell boats IMO.

5% body fat? I'd highly doubt that.. probably somewhere along the lines of 15-20, i'm around 7, & he doesnt look close to that...
