alarm light 93 sport

does anyone know the wire colors for the alarm light for a 93 sport. the old owner cut the old one out during a dash install? Is it purple and black?

If I remember correctly, they are black and purple. but they may be both black. If no one answers, I will go to my boat tomorrow and tear appart the dash for ya.

in the late 80s it was orange and purple. i bet its the same

thanks for the replies, I looked behind the dash and located a purple and black wire that appers to have been cut. TRDon do you think you could check it for me, by the way do you know where the alarm module is located?

Yep looks like a purple and black. I wish I could help with the alarm, My 85 had it but my 93 sport hasnt ever sounded an alarm at me before. Makes me wonder if ther is one there. I cant confirm that one though.
