Considerations in selecting the right crossover

I am looking for some guidance on selecting the right crossover nautique. I have kids ranging from novice water skiers to experienced wakeboarders. I am looking at both the 211 and the 226. aside from the obvious size differences, anything else i should consider?

what kind of boat do you have now. best advice i have dirve them. and i would try all brands you never know unless you drive them. try a cc bu mc tige centurion sanger you know whatever you have access to. test drives should be easy to come by then you will find the boat that best fits your needs. good luck

How many kids are you talking about. What I mean is if your crew is really large then the 211 might be cramped. If not then the 211 gets my vote. I helped a buddy put 100 plus hours on his and it performed way better than I expected.

Plan on the zr6 in the 226.

I have a 211 with the excaliber and the acme 1235 and it really moves.. Comes down to how much space you need and how many peeps.

It's interesting that they are now marketing the 226 as a crossover boat? When I purchased my 211 in 2005 I was told the 226 was more of a pure wakeboard boat. I know that the 236 was initially introduced as a crossover so it might be a reasonable assumption that the 236 makes flatter slalom wakes?

I would definately go with a ZR6 for anything bigger than the 211.

I can't believe Correct Craft even markets the 211 as a cross over ,, now the 226- this is Marketing Product positioning to broaden the position on these models - Cross Over should mean balanced between slalom and wake boarding. A 3400 lbs + V drive, I do not see the balance. These are excellent wakeboarding boats.
