    Crossover 226

I have the typical family that needs the do everything boat - we have skiers, boarders, cruisers and tubers. I am a little stuck between the Crossover 226 & 236. I am looking for some insight in the differences between the Crossover 226 & the Crossover 236 (wakes/comfort/storage). I like the layout of the 226 better than the 236. Is the 226 the same as what used to be called the Air 226? How is the ski wake?

Thank you for any opinions and help.

    RE: Crossover 226

For starters yes the crossover 226 is the same as the air 226. I personally love the 236 way more than the 226, i feel that the wake on the 226 is kinda crappy, it seems small and just don't like the shape. The 236 in my opinion is amazing, it has a nice shape and with the a lot of variability with the hydro-gate. Storage wise the 236 is king, the entire boat is utilized so well to offer you a ton of storage the rear storage with the gull wing hatches is awesome plus the engine hatch opens which allows you to access the same storage compartments form a different angle which makes putting boards and other gear in there a snap. The 236 is super comfortable, i love the rear facing lean back seats. But you owe it to yourself to test drive both and spend some time on them because to each their own.
