    Tower mount mirror?

I have a 99' sport, with a newer generation (foldable) fct. I am interested in a tower mirror mount, anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks

I use the Fusion Phoenix mirror arm, works great and looks good (I am a fan of the articulating arms because it's a lot easier to place where you want it to sit in front of you).

Roswell makes the CC unit, if you buy the Roswell unit, you can purchase with the Cipa Extreme mirror (utilizes a "ball mount"). I have one of these on my boat, and the wide angle lenses come in handy.
Some people have used the MC version, which now comes with a quick release, and Samson towers have a nice arm available.
There are tons of options, even the Ebay guys have some good looking units.

I should also mention that we store our boat in the garage, and after a long day on the lake, folding the tower is enough trouble, I dont want the mirror to add to the chores of putting the boat away.

Great thing about the FCT's, mount the mirror on the lower "hoop" , and when you fold the tower, the mirror stays put.

If I were buying again, I'd buy a mirror with a quick disconnect. A couple of my friends use the mirror arm from Monster Tower on their FCTs and they seem to work out well. I would like to be able to put the mirror in the storage hatch while the boat is stored. Makes it easier to put the cover on, and keeps the mirror clean. Where we live it can get hot enough that the rubber melted on my brother's mirror while parked in the driveway. Again, would have been nice to have a quick disconnect. BKH

I have looked at the Monster with the quick disconect, the quick disconect seems like a pretty good feature.
