2004 210 Super Sport ballast install

Well.... I finally decided to spend some $ and move ahead with my ballast project for my boat. Some background- picked up a 2004 210 super sport with factory tower and no ballast from an older gentleman in AL last year for a good price. Had less than 200 hours, and beside some minor dock rash was in VERY good shape. I removed the graphics and did a good wax job and it was good to go. I use the boat for family cruising, wakeboarding, and surfing. I have (2) 750 sacs in the rear, a 580 in the center locker, and about 200lbs of S/S plate in the bow. Been filling them all up with a Tsunami pump which isn't much fun. For surfing, I move the left 750 to behind the driver and can get a decent wave. I changed to a 1236 prop which seems to do ok considering I don't have much weight up front. In the year since I've had the boat, we've put another 150hrs on it and plan to keep it for some time.

I spoke with Jason at wakemakers.com and parts are on the way to install (3) Johnson Ultra Ballast pumps. I want to integrate them into the factory switches using relays. My current 750s and the 580 will stay where they are, an integrated bow sac will be added (after cutting out cooler) plumbed in parallel with the center bag both filling off of the same pump. An additional bag (I think we decided on a 42" 400lb?) will be moveable inside the boat (behind driver seat most of the time) for surfing. For now, he's sending parts to allow me to disconnect one of the rear pumps to fill and drain it (or I can use my trusty old tsunami pump). Eventually I may add a Bosworth valve for this.

Issues that I would like advice on are: Where to put the thru-hull intakes? (there are none now!) Where to put the thru-hull vents (I have none in the rear now, would like to use the glove box vent for the center, may need to add a seperate one for the bow sac? Or can I tee the center and bow sac vents together?). Where to mount the pumps (all three in the rear?)? Where to find the wires for the factory pod switches? Any easy way to cut out and remove the bow cooler?

Anything else I'm missing? I need to get a plan together.... I'm planning on jumping on this project as soon as the parts come in. Thanks!

Does anyone have advice on how to approach this type of a new/clean ballast install on the older 210 hull? I am in the same situation with a new to me Super Sport - I have a clean slate (with zero plumbing in place) and expect the same setup (sacks in rear lockers, one in ski locker - maybe minus the bow sack for now). Any advice on pumps, pump location, intake size/locations, vent locations, switch/timer integration??? I am hoping after such a long period a somewhat "standard" approach has emerged. Thanks in advance!

There are quite a few of these write ups on the forum. This is mine from my 95 Super Sport. Other than playpen and dash layout there are very few differences over the years this hull was used.
