Anyone get their wakemaker divider reinforcement installed? Received mine today and the boat comes Saturday. Was wondering if anyone had any more insight or tips on where to install?
On the 230 that i used to ride before we bought a G21 but we took ours and removed the hard thanks and replaced them with just 750lb bags using the stock pluming. Also using a horseshoe sac. And about 200 pounds of lead to equal out for the drive. But when we wakeboard we put another 750lb in the middle of the for int the rear and a 370lb in the walk through. The was always great.
Where did u put the lead? Equal front back or move it around and still testing? Any changes you would make on bag size or hookups? Ready to get my upgrade started!

Lead is spread evenly now except an extra 150 lbs is on the port side to compensate for prop rotation. Still playing with it. I wouldn't change anything with the sacks at all. They fit perfectly and I'm so jazzed that I don't have to worry about supporting the dividers. One thing worth noting is there is a limit to how high the vents will allow the sacks to fill. Mine were almost full to the bottom of the hatch lids, but not 100%. There's about 2"-3" of air space left between the top of the sacks and the lids. This is actually okay with me because that means I can still hold a few jackets in there.

Got to try out my new 55"X16"X25" custom rear sacks today. So nice and no need for extra support for the dividers either. I also spread 400 lbs of "lead" around too. Hard to believe how much longer this wave is compared to my old 2005 SAN 210 and not having to give up floor space was nice as well. Overall, glad I upgraded to a 230.
My extra dividers are installed engine side horizontally and mostly lower down on the divider. I was not seeing a problem with bowing top to bottom but with back to front so I thought (perhaps incorrectly) that horizontal bracing would be more useful than vertical. Wake makers does show them used vertically. I think my biggest problem though was the divider not staying in the lower track. I thought about that and added the extra pins after I'd already ordered the dividers from wake makers so I just installed all of it at the same time and the combined changes fixed the problem. I don't actually know how much is contributed from the dividers. The additional pins are just basic pins from Home Depot that looks just like the existing pin. Finally I installed the dividers on the engine side as I really didn't care that I needed to remove bracing bar to take out dividers but I agree it's probably fine to install them on bag side as well.
What pins did you order or get for the lower part of the panel? I have 750s going in my '14 and thinking I may do these supports and extra pins as well. I assumed the supports were meant to do vertical as that supports the axis of the pressure from the bags.
Seem to be the closest to stock that i could find, I'll take pics if they work. I agree with vertical position just seemed like others were thinking about horizontal that I dont think would help much as well.
I plan on doing the upgrade in the upcoming weeks so I'l try and post some pics....I'm thinking supports on the bag side and just making sure there are no sharp edges and everything should work out ok. Also, ordered some additional pins to help the divider from coming out of lower rail, then adding the bags and quick release wakemakers hook ups.....should be a fun project.

Maybe I'm missing something....are you installing the supports horizontal or vertical? If vertical seems like it is long enough that it would not completely be above/below the factory horizontal bar
