2006 210 Ballast set up

For all those with 2006 210s, are you removing the rear hard lockers and putting in the 750s, or installing the 750s in addition to the hard tanks?
If completely removing and adding 750s - is this pretty easy to do yourself?

Also, for the bow bag - is there a tie-in to the belly tank, or do you have to drill something?
