So I finally was able to get the boat out and break it in and wanted to post what I learned. In the end I put 2 1100# sacs in the rear lockers plumed into the existing pumps and a 750 under the nose also plumbed into the belly tank. with this setup I can not fill up the rear 1100's all the way without washing out the wake, I can really only run them about half full, but even with them half full the wake was awesome! I am going to try putting 5-600 pounds of lead in the nose and try some more testing, I have not got it fully dialed in but will and will have fun trying.

Gotcha! Ya, much less risk with 10awg!

One thing of note, that would concern me a little, is your breaker sizing. A 60 amp breaker is way oversized for the downstream wiring. You don't want the breaker rating to be any higher than what the downstream wiring can handle. It looks like you have 12 or 14awg wires going out of the breaker. I would downsize that breaker to a 30amp. 40 at the absolute max.

If one one of those pumps ever shorts out, you will end up letting the smoke out of that wiring, and that smoke is very hard to get back in...... especially if the rest of the boat goes with it!

Great job on that setup though. Looks factory. Well done.
Yes I agree that the breaker is over sized. The wire going from the breaker to the pumps is 10 awg so I'm pretty sure the breaker will pop in a short circuit but I'll probably change to a 40 amp just to be safe. I had originally planned to install individual button style breakers for each pump but changed my mind during the install. I had the ballast breaker laying around in the garage so I used it to get the system going without having to wait on parts.

Sorry - I have been out of town a lot lately and just now got to take some pics. The through hull pick ups were new holes. For the overflow I teed into the existing overflows using check valves.

I will be selling some fly high 1100's if your interested? I could drop them off at wizard for when you pick up the boat!

I have added two new water intakes next to stock location and 2 ballast puppy pumps wired to independent switches. Boat gets on plane no problem. Thru-hull pick ups and shut off ball valves were ordered from Nautiqueparts.com and are the same ones used by the factory.

I don't currently have any weight in the nose, and only about 200lbs of lead in the passenger side locker to combat prop rotation. I am toying with adding some bags to the nose lockers this year, but I don't know.

Not sure what kind of space you have, but these are huge.

I have 750s in the rear locker's of my 2016 G25, and I don't have any issues with a short wave or washout, but I do surf at about 12mph, instead of 11. At 11 up to about 11.5, I'll get washout. The wave is massively steep though.
