    Hello,
Have put 600 hours on since then and can tell you what has worked for us so far
I put 1000 pounds of led from leadwake.com, 400 in the nose,200 in starboard side bench seat and 400 under port bench seat (extra 200 to offset prop rotation), I also put a 900 pound plumbed in sac under the nose seats which I fill till the seats start to rise. In addition I put a pair of 900 pound plumbed in sacs in the rear hatches but they are too much, you really only need 400 at most but usually unnecessary unless there is no one else in the boat.
With that setup most people find 0/0 to be the best setting but people who are 250 or more pounds like a 3/3 or more to keep the push needed. Speed is always 11.2. As you do not have NSS I would keep the setup with the 900 in the rears in addition but only on one side to get the lean you need
    Hope this helps?
    Dean

Thanks Dan. I do have NSS and with stock ballast we run ncrs 5 and NSS 5. I have 400lb sacs from old boat and going to play around with them in rear lockers and see how that works and go from there. Did you piggyback from hard tanks on bow and rear sacks? Was it hard to do? Thanks again.

Yes, I plumbed them in from the hard tanks at the dealer. The only thing I would say is it will work better if you fill the overflow sac from the top and drain from the bottom so it empties properly.

Maybe I am wrong but I don't think that's possible. The pumps are reversible so the same connection pumps water in and draws water out. My extra bags are plumbed with the bottom connected to the overflow of the factory bags and the top of the extra bag connected to the overflow. That way factory fills first and then the extra fills as the factory bag "overflows"

You can use a check valve on the fill line, and a T to make it work. That way, water flows in through the top, but won't come back out of the top.

sorry to bump this up, this is the most relevant thread I have found so far. I'm also looking at getting a 2016 G25 and want to figure out if it will make a good surf wave stock. Judging by the posts in this thread, it will take quite a bit more weight to get a good wave out of it. I just sold my 2010 X-55, which I had dialed in for surfing pretty well. The only issue I had with it was having to switch the suck gate all the time and change weight around for goofy/regular riders.
Anyway, now I'm looking at getting a newer boat will be easier to surf. I'm hoping a G25 will do that, but maybe I should consider a G23 instead?

Dean, I see you put around 600 hours on your boat, back in 2018. Do you still have it or did you trade it on something newer? I'm looking at getting a 2016 with 500 hours and was concerned about the high hours. I'm also in BC, was looking at a black boat in Sicamous.
