List the boat to the surf side by letting about 1/3 of the current weight out of the stock ballast tank. Will clean up nicely. I run 650’s in the back full and just use the stock tanks to adjust weight.

Darn that is a lot of weight in the stern . I have a G23 2017 and run full ballast with NO extra weight in stern. Midship port and starboard 150 lbs lead each side, port observer seat 250 lbs lead , port bow 100lb lead , starboard bow 100. These late model G23s don’t do well with loading up the stern . Why? (because the NSS plates get submerged below the wave
hence screws up the wave big time). I run NSS at 0 and NCRS at 3 . MPH 11.4
