Help please.... NCRS

We have a 2014 G23 and the NCRS plate seems to be locked down, forcing the bow down no matter the speed & excessive at a higher speed. Any solutions on how to unlock this?

Most likely the actuator has failed.

Does it move when you power on and off the boat? If not, prob the actuator or electrical connection failure to the actuator. If yes but it fails to find correct position while running, I would suspect the position sensor.

Thank you both. We were hoping there was a manual over ride of some sort to move it up. But we’re taking it in to the shop today. Appreciate the time you took to reply!!
