2019 230 wake washout at slower speeds wakeboarding

Our 9 year old daughter likes to wakeboard and kneeboard. Usually keep her between 17-18 mph. The starboard side of the wake has a horrible washout on it, port is clean. I know most of this must be due to prop rotation but what can I do to have both sides relatively clean? Note: I have 500# lead under the bags in the back (300 starboard & 200 port). I like to run empty bags because we don't want a big wake back there for her. I've tried loading the port side up to 40% but it still doesn't seem to do much? Should I go higher on the port side bag? What about the NCSS settings (0-5 vs plane assist)?
I'm looking to get rid of my lead and upgrade the bags so hopefully that will help because the boat bounces up and down like crazy with the lead in the back.

You're going the wrong way with the weight. Add weight to the side that's washed out.

I second adding weight to the washy side. If you end up with a wake that’s equally washy on both sides, add weight up front. A 230 isn’t great at low speed wake but running at low weight should help you get something clean in that range.

My guess is that slow, you're going to need no weight at all. maybe just a tad on washy side. At 17 these boats plow..
