Removing the hard factory tanks to give myself a little more storage and access to engine. A few questions. Has anyone done this and filled the cutout area under the hard tanks? There is a cutout in floor from where the tank bottom would sit. Didn’t know if I would put some carpet covered piece over this to cover the hole. Number 2 is that wakemakers stated I could just take the hard tank out of the equation and put the back back and not worry about a check valve. Any advice or anyone done this before? Main concern is covering hole where tank sat.
