    GS 20 Surfing visibility

    Hi All!

Not sure if this is the right sub-thread to ask the question but my family and I are looking forward to potentially becoming GS20 owners at some point in the next year or so. Before we get into the next step of a demo, I was curious if anyone could provide some perspective on the captain's visibility when surfing (assuming factory ballast)? I'm only 5'7" and don't mind using the bolster but I have seen some videos of Malibu's where the captain can't see anything unless they are standing...couldn't find any similar GS20 videos so I figured I'd reach out here.

    Thanks in advance!

GS22 owner here. Surf visibility isn't an issue - I don't have photos, but nose rise is not bad like some of the other boats

Ive owned a gs20 and a gs22. I am also your height. I usually used the seat bolster just to keep a better eye out for people but even that wasnt really needed. I would say the bow rise is minimal, especially when compared to orher brands.

Will not be an issue. Bow rise minimal. The GS20 will not disappoint.
