Recently purchased a 2016 G23. First time owning a surf boat and having issues setting up surf wave. Using preset surf settings and doesn’t feel like wave plate is engaging and wave is forming on desired side. User settings are all ballasts 100% and NCRS at 5
-First of all checked and no circuit faults for any of the ncrs and nss functions.
-when I click on NCRS auto to LOW (trying something different) I can see on screen that plate is trying to engage but then don’t get any results. An exclamation mark will appear on top left corner on the surfer image.
Is there a way to see if plates are working while on hoist? Heard you might need dealer code to try this?
Do settings have to be turned on while boat is in idle?
Does cruise control have to be set for it to work properly?
Should I try to reset LINC?
