2006 SANTE 220 TE Stock Belly ballast replacement

in my 2006 SANTE 220, Ive pulled the rear hard tanks and replaced with (2) 1100 lb fat sacks, piggybacked the stock belly tank with a nose sack It has all made a huge difference and the wave is fantastic compared to how it was when I got this boat. However, Id like to get a little more weight in the front without using lead. In front of the stock belly tank, there is room for a ski locker tube that could potentially be piggybacked off the belly tank, but the belly tank's port would be *above* the drain line of the ski locker tube increasing the likelihood of the pump losing prime when emptying ballast since the hose would not be submerged all the time. I have 2 questions:

    1) Has anyone double piggybacked their belly tank? (Pump > stock Belly Tank > Ski Locker Tube > Nose Ballast) and if so, are you having problems emptying the tube?
    2) Has anyone pulled the stock belly tank and replaced with full aftermarket belly and ski locker ballast? If so, what model did you use?

    You have two options.

    Fly high tube sac
    https://www.wakemakers.com/fly-high-...iABEgJ05PD_BwE
    Fly high arrow sac

the arrow sac was designed specifically for the 230. I don’t know it’s gets you that much more weight than the arrow sac for the price difference.

i run the tube sac in my 210. Plus 240 lbs of pop bags stuffed in the nose. I can wakeboard with that setup with the 1100’s 3/4 full

Are they all piggybacked off the belly tanks in yours and under the floor and non-visible?

Yes piggy backed off hard tank. Simple job. Disconnect vent from tank. Run vent from tank into bag(extra hose and bag fitting required ). Then run vent front bag to the hull. ( existing vent line is long enough just need bag fitting. ).

Ok great my concern was the tube won't empty because the hard tanks port is higher than the drain port for the tube when emptying. I'm going to try it. Thanks.

You’ll want to get the wakemakers.com piggy back kit for the 210 as it has a special valve integrated into the hose to prevent your hard tank from collapsing upon emptying. Give them buzz. Their customer service is top notch and use the PLanet Nautique member discount there.
