Best bow weighting options for old SAN 210 (wakeboarding)

Trying to dial in my wakeboard wake on my 2004 SAN 210. The original owner removed all hard tanks and replaced with 3 bags. I have no idea what each one weighs while filled...never seen fat sacs that don't say how much they weigh until these bags. The rears fill the whole locker L x W and probably 2/3 in H. Center bag takes up the whole locker but is too big to fill without the floor buckling up. My rough guess would be somewhere between 400-800 in each locker + 400ish in the center locker.

The wake is good, but the boat tends to porpoise being rear-heavy and it can be tricky to keep it clean. I hear this hull likes bow weight...I would love to add 250-500 lbs to the front but I have two considerations:
1) I trailer the boat and am near capacity for my V8 4Runner so lead isn't ideal. A few hundred pounds is probably OK.
2) I need to keep as much passenger room and storage as possible, so a triangle sac isn't a good option.

I can't find a skinny long sac that would fit in the walkthrough and under the bow filler cushion based on the measurements I took (43" x 7-15" x 8.5"). That seems like it would be the best option (although I do hate dealing with fat sac pumps). But maybe it wouldn't be enough weight even if someone made one that size.

Would 200-250 lbs of lead sacs in the far front make a significant difference? How heavy can you go in the front before it makes the wake worse instead of better?

They make a sac that goes under the three front seats (one big sac), but you have to cut out the cooler under the seat in front of the driver if you want to use it.

Lead was on sale at the local Nautique dealer today so picked up 200 lbs (4x50) and will see how that fits / if it at least helps the porpoising and go from there.

Also—is my boat different or did the engineers completely flub the center locker design? You can't open the locker without picking up the passenger seat and even then it won't open more than 50% due to clearance. Pic below

I think 200 lbs of lead in the nose will be very noticeable. I usually have 150 lbs of lead and a kid or 2 in the bow of my 211, and it's definitely noticable. Just be careful when you back off the throttle unless the inside of your boat needs a rinse.

Yep, that's an OG 210. I remember wondering about that hatch too. Could have been done better for sure.

We did the 1100 bags in place of the rear tanks and the 1100 bag under the front seats (cut out the cooler) on top of the center tank. The wave was very large

I have a 2006 220. The prop also makes a huge difference. Which prop do you have? I pulled both hard tanks, replaced each with 1100 lb sacs, piggybacked the belly tank and put a 450lb integrated nose ballast under the front seat. I got two sandbags with 60 lbs of gravel each and threw them in the bow area of the ski locker. I thought buying lead was a ripoff. Nose weight is key and my ideal nose weight is just under 600lbs. 450 of it is pumped out by using the belly pump.i don't use any submersible pumps and do everything via the keypad. The area under the nose is small, but it worked with a bag I didn't think it would.

I went thru 3 surf shapers and they all made a drastically different wave. I use a liquid force edge and by far, it is the best shaper I've experimented with. My boat now throws a massive wave. I'm not kidding when I say my wave is comparable to a much, much larger boat. I've had pros and college wake team riders behind my boat and I get a ton of very positive feedback on the wave. So on our 2006 210, we got the complementary wedge sacs over the factory ballast. To get a good wave, we fill them so high that we can't close the lockers, but it makes a difference. I also added a 250 lb tube in the bow. Either under the bow filler cushion, or better, on top across the bow space. We use the Mission Delta 2.0 shaper and get a great wave. It's short and steep, but strong and consistent. If you have friends in the boat, but the heaviest in front of the surfer towards the back, then just evenly distribute the rest. Makes a great surf wave.
