I have a 210 team edition and struggle to get a good surf wave. I have the factory ballast tanks and also added the NSS system. Current speed is 9.5 mph, seems to get the best wave. What other suggestions to improve wave quality

You need waaaaaaaaaaay more weight , if surfing is your priority, take out rear tanks and put 1100 in each corner. Add the piggy back to the front tank under floor and add 400 more to the nose. If taking out tanks doesn’t interest you…. Wakemakers sells a complete piggy back kit for 210 that you add to all 3 tanks to give you more weight. It’s fairly easy to install. If you want to surf you need more than factory ballast.
The 210 likes to be at 10.5 mph.
When surfing port side ( regular foot) hydro gate all way forward , when surfing start board ( goofy ) hydro gate all the way back. Even with NSS the boat still needs little lean on the surf side. So for you right now , empty little out non surf side. This hull does not like to be evenly weighted (side to side ) to surf with NSS. Again you still need little lean to surf sideLast edited by swatguy; 07-17-2023, 12:19 AM.
