PCM is working on freshening up the original engine for this boat, which is great!

They are planning to match the timeline that SeaDek has for the boat, so hopefully I can just stop back by PCM on my way home from picking the boat up at SeaDek in a couple of weeks and they'll put the engine right back in. Very excited about this!

The day was going so well until this happened. Figures. 60 miles from SeaDek, and stuck for the night until I can get new tires in the morning. Should have known not to push it...

Ok, I am back from my quick trip to Florida. I left the boat at the SeaDek factory, and they will be scanning it and installing the SeaDek. I also stopped by Roswell and picked up the audio equipment for this boat. Can't wait to get that installed!

Also picked up a couple of additional small parts from NautiqueParts. The bow light lens was faded, so I got a new one. Same deal with the horn button.

I also decided to go ahead and have the dash vinyl replaced. It is all marked up on top, and I don't want that detracting from this beautiful boat. I pulled out all of the gauges and wiring today in preparation for getting it replaced.

Are you having the vinyl stripped and replaced entirely, or having the imperfections repaired and the entire pod re-sprayed black?

Not sure yet. I am hoping to find a place that can re-wrap it to look original.

I had an unfortunate bimini incident last summer, and some damage was done to my dash pod. FWIW, my local interior specialist is going to repair and spray to make it look new. I'm actually changing the color from that light grey to black, which will match my boat much better.
