Seriously, this is the project by which all other modern restoration projects will be judged. It's like being the First Guy to do a cap-off stringer/floor job on a 2001. Someone had to be first, to document it for all those who buy one in the future thinking it'll be an "easy fixer-upper" and start down the rabbit hole of "while I'm here I might as well..."

I put the swivel in with a little bit of modification and it has been really nice. The height is just enough to keep you from feeling like you are on the floor and the swivel is awesome.

Got nothin done besides acquiring a used pop up tarp style garage that I plan on making a spray booth out of. Should barely fit the hull and trailer in it in order to be able to spray the gel coat in.
