I have a 99 Air that has the same dash and it has been nothing but a problem. I have tried to epoxy the back side to reinforce the areas of the thru holes with limited success. Yes, please send me contact info. marty.putelis@cornerstonecontrols.com

Re-manufactured tower came in today from New Dimensions Towers. I asked for some special touches and they delivered big time. These include Integrated/welded bimini top mounts, racks mounted wide enough apart to fit two pair of jumpers, integrated stern light within the ski pylon, and all welds smoothed and filled. I’m excited to see this thing powder coated and on the boat. Pumped to finally have some tower racks that are actually designed to work with my skis. Disregard the second hole in the bimini, this is the old top. The hole will be patched. For those of you that don't know what Jumpers are, I grew up 3-event skiing so these are my "for fun" wake jumpers.
I still have the old tower and I am not yet sure what I will do with it. It does need some cosmetic work, holes filled, and a crack repaired. Will address that down the road.
I am really trying to focus on the small things that most people wouldn't notice. I think the small things are what bring this boat to better than new condition and really make it something special.

I still have the matching slalom ski to those Stingers. Sweet. I picked a lot of strawberries back in the day to pay for that slalom ski.

Haven't had a chance to make it out to the boat recently but John sent me a few pics. The deck is completely done and ready to be mounted back on the hull. The hull has been wet sanded to 2000 and had it's first polish. The strut and rudder log have been removed and the lower hull below the chine is being addressed. Then the floor will be given a heavier coat of gelcoat, blocked and wet sanded once more, then polish and buff. Last step will be making the floor panels. Once the floor panels are done, the boat is ready for reassembly. Unfortunately, I am still waiting on parts from TaylorMade and Ocean Dynamics. If I want to have the boat on the water by the end of summer, it may look just Jeff's windshield-less wonder SNOB.
