Can you share a little more insight on the ZO for this era? I have a 2008 sv211 SE that I desperately want to add ZO or PP... Thoughts?

On a 2008, you won't be able to add PerfectPass. The ECU in all 2008 engines was made by eControls, which means ZeroOff is your only option. That's not a bad thing!

Installation isn't too bad. It is mostly plug-and-play.

Just completed rebuilding the Flight Clips with new bungees. This was not too difficult, and the kits from NP are only about $25 per side. If you need new bungees on your Flight Clips, you should do this!

Is there a special tool to clamp those clips they use on the bungees? I bought them but wasn't able to get the clamps locked down last time I tried.

Ha! They are definitely tight. The pieces only go together one way. If you can't start them by hand, you're putting them in wrong.

Check out the third picture in the instructions below. Look for the little arrow, and make sure that's the end you're inserting. Get it started by hand, and then use pliers or vice grips to squeeze it all the way into place.

NautiqueJeff Is that the factory mounting of the sub? Mine is flat on the floor. Wouldn't mind moving it if that's where it should be.
Edit: I crawled under my cover and can now see some screw holes from where it was mounted. What are the chances those screw holes aren't stripped out? I'll probably just leave it be.

sorry I didn’t see this sooner. I think this is the original mounting. I have had issues with it stripping out from the gunnel. Floor mount would seem to be better for long term integrity even if it eats some space. Best, Ryan

Hope the re-power went well. Where is the PME RELAY you replaced located in the boat? I have a 2008 220 with the EXC 343.
